Is online therapy available in Pompano Beach?

Yes. I offer online therapy to adults throughout Florida, including those living in Pompano Beach and the surrounding areas. My sessions are fully virtual, confidential, and designed to make quality care accessible, no matter where you are. You can attend sessions from your home, your office, or wherever you feel most comfortable. If you’ve struggled to find a local provider who truly fits, online therapy can offer the flexibility and support you need without compromising on depth or connection.

What’s your approach to anxiety treatment?

My approach to anxiety therapy is rooted in helping you reconnect with your body and nervous system, not just analyze your thoughts. I use polyvagal-informed and somatic techniques to support real, sustainable regulation. Therapy with me is not about forcing positivity or pushing through discomfort. Instead, we create space for curiosity, self-trust, and nervous system healing. The goal is to help you feel safer in your own body so that you can move through the world with more ease and less overwhelm.

Do I have to be LGBTQ+ to work with you?

Not at all. I welcome anyone who is looking for therapy that is trauma-informed, identity-affirming, and grounded in respect. Many of my clients are LGBTQ+ adults, but I also work with allies, partners, and individuals from all walks of life who want a space where they do not have to filter their words or hide who they are. If you are seeking a therapeutic relationship that honors your full humanity and offers space for growth, you are in the right place.

Queer-affirming, anxiety-focused therapy is available across the state—not just in South Florida. Visit the Florida therapy page to learn more.
