What Therapy With Me Really Looks Like
Hi, I’m Taylor, a licensed therapist who helps anxious, queer, and neurodivergent adults build a life that actually fits, without needing to be “fixed.” In this short video, I’ll walk you through what therapy with me is like, what I believe about healing, and why you don’t have to show up perfectly to start. Whether you’re spiraling, people-pleasing, or stuck in shutdown, you’re welcome here.

Hi, I'm Taylor. I'm a licensed therapist and I'm not here to fix you. What I am here for is to help you figure out what's underneath the anxiety, the people pleasing the perfectionism, and the why do I feel like this all the time, kind of questions I. Then to help you build a life that actually works for you.
Therapy with me is warm, a little nerdy, sometimes deep, sometimes full of memes. I like to celebrate progress, even if it's just I breathed today instead of spiraled. That matters. We'll use practical tools like breath work and journaling and nervous system education will also sit with the real stuff, the heavy stuff, the, I don't even have words for this kinda stuff.
And if silent shows up in therapy, that's not awkward. That is part of the work. I'm tracking my nervous system. So yours has something to co-regulate with. And that's therapy too. If you're queer, neurodivergent, anxious, or just feeling overwhelmed by trying to do life the right way according to everyone else.
I get it. I've lived a lot of that too. In this space, perfection isn't a requirement. You can show up, messy, unsure, or shut down, and we will still make progress. So if you're ready or just even thinking about therapy, I'd love to meet you where you are. This isn't about changing who you are, it's about coming home to yourself.
