Online Anxiety Therapy for Residents of Idaho

Welcome

Life’s challenges can be unpredictable and overwhelming, making it hard to find clarity and direction. At Inner Heart Therapy, I provide online therapy for residents across Idaho, creating a safe, affirming, and confidential space where you can explore the obstacles in your life.

Whether you’re facing anxiety or LGBTQ+ identity concerns, my goal is to offer warmth, understanding, and personalized support as we work together to find solutions that fit your needs.

In Idaho, many towns lack access to specialized mental health services, leaving residents with limited options. Telehealth therapy bridges this gap, offering expert care no matter where you live, without long drives or waiting months for an appointment. Whether you're in Driggs, Ketchum, Pocatello, Idaho Falls, Hayden, Rathdrum, Coeur d’Alene, or Twin Falls, online therapy ensures that support is always within reach.

No matter where you are in Idaho, you don’t have to face this alone—let’s begin your journey toward healing today.

FAQ

Do you provide online therapy throughout Idaho?

Yes. I am licensed in Idaho and provide telehealth therapy to adults statewide. As long as you are physically located in Idaho at the time of your session and have a private space with a reliable internet connection, we are able to work together. Telehealth removes the geographic barrier entirely.

What is your approach to anxiety therapy?

I blend cognitive-behavioral strategies with nervous system regulation tools. CBT addresses the thinking side of anxiety, including worry loops, catastrophic thoughts, and avoidance patterns. Nervous system work addresses the body side, helping with tension, shallow breathing, restlessness, or chronic activation. Some clients also benefit from the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), a listening-based program for calming the nervous system.

How does insurance work for online therapy in Idaho?

I am in-network with Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross of Idaho, Cigna, Oscar, Oxford, Providence, Regence, UMR, and several other plans through Alma. Coverage and copays vary by plan, so I recommend checking your specific benefits before your first session. If your plan is not on the in-network list, I provide a superbill after each session so you are able to submit for out-of-network reimbursement. You are welcome to ask about insurance during the free consultation.

Reset & Regulate with the Safe and Sound Protocol

For many people, stress, trauma, and anxiety don’t just show up as thoughts—they live in the body. The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is a research-supported intervention that uses auditory stimulation to help reset the nervous system, allowing for greater calm and emotional balance.
