Online Anxiety Therapy for Residents of Colorado
Welcome
Difficult moments in life can leave you feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, and searching for answers. At Inner Heart Therapy, I offer online therapy for residents across Colorado, providing a safe, welcoming, and confidential space where you can explore the challenges youβre facing.
Whether youβre struggling with anxiety or LGBTQ+ identity concerns, my goal is to provide personalized support that helps you find clarity, strength, and healing.
Coloradoβs stunning landscapes come with long distances between towns, making access to specialized mental health care difficult. Online therapy eliminates the need for travel, helping you prioritize your well-being without the stress of traffic or winter road conditions. Whether youβre in Denver, Boulder, Grand Junction, Aurora, or Lakewood, telehealth gives you direct access to anxiety treatment, LGBTQ+ affirming therapy, and trauma support right from home.
No matter where you are in Colorado, you deserve support letβs start your path to healing today.
You will receive a response in two business days.

FAQ
Do you provide online therapy throughout Colorado?
Yes. I am licensed in Colorado and provide telehealth therapy to adults throughout the state. As long as you are physically located in Colorado at the time of your session and have a private space with a reliable internet connection, we are able to work together. Telehealth removes the geographic barrier entirely.
What types of anxiety do you treat for clients in Colorado?
I work with generalized anxiety, high-functioning anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, and panic. Many clients across Colorado describe a pattern of constant worry, physical tension, trouble sleeping, or a sense of being on high alert even when things are going well. We start where you are and build from there.
What is your approach to anxiety therapy?
I blend cognitive-behavioral strategies with nervous system regulation tools. CBT addresses the thinking side of anxiety, including worry loops, catastrophic thoughts, and avoidance patterns. Nervous system work addresses the body side, helping with tension, shallow breathing, restlessness, or chronic activation. Some clients also benefit from the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), a listening-based program for calming the nervous system.

How SSP Supports Healing Beyond Talk Therapy
Anxiety, trauma, and stress can leave your nervous system stuck in fight-or-flight mode, making it hard to feel at ease. The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is a scientifically developed therapy designed to help your body reset and regulate itself. By using sound-based techniques, SSP gently shifts you into a calmer, more balanced state.
