Online Anxiety Therapy for Adults in the Salt Lake City Area

Welcome

Life in Salt Lake City often feels like it never slows down. Between work, family, and the pressure to keep up, anxiety can quietly become part of everyday life. If your mind feels restless or your body stays tense even when you finally have a moment to rest, therapy can help you find your footing and breathe again.

Sessions are fully online, private, and built around your schedule so you can access calm from wherever you are.

You will receive a response in two business days.

Meet The Therapist

I am Taylor Garff, LCPC, LPC, CMHC, a licensed therapist offering online anxiety therapy for adults throughout Colorado. My work combines evidence-based approaches with nervous-system awareness so therapy feels practical and supportive.

I specialize in helping high-functioning adults who appear calm on the outside but feel overwhelmed on the inside. Therapy gives you a place to slow down and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you provide therapy across the Salt Lake City area?

Yes. I work with adults throughout the Wasatch Front, including Salt Lake City, Sandy, Draper, Murray, and West Jordan. All sessions take place online through a secure video platform, so you can access therapy from anywhere in Utah. You do not have to worry about traffic on I-15, parking downtown, or rushing between appointments. Online therapy makes it easier to stay consistent and supported, even with a full schedule.

Is online therapy as effective as in-person sessions?

Yes. Research shows that online therapy is just as effective as in-person sessions for treating anxiety and stress. What matters most is the connection between you and your therapist, not the setting. Many people actually find virtual sessions more comfortable and easier to keep up with because they can join from home and feel more relaxed.

What if I am nervous about starting therapy?

That is completely normal. It is common to feel anxious about opening up or not knowing where to start. We will go at your pace, beginning with comfort and safety first. Over time, therapy becomes a steady, supportive space where you can talk openly and begin to feel more at ease.
